When corruption is shared from top to bottom, seldom you can have evidence against them and without evidence we can not punish them.

This is the biggest hurdle in the development of the nation! Most of the people have adopted corruption is part of culture and that is why it is going on endlessly! This thing began because of Socialism and if our real National Culture comes into practice everything will become all right!

The babus are a breed apart. They are the ones who get away scott-free most of the times with their corruopt and downright treasonable acts and misdoings. The politicians, theoretically at least, stand a chance of being punished for their corrupt and criminal activities. Take a look at Laloo, Paswan, and the rst of the lot. Take a look at Sharad Pawar. Take a look at Padamsinh Patil. However, if we, the educated elite, keep an alert and vigilant eye, it is possible to bring every wron-doer, a babu or a politician , to book. Let\'s unite and educate public opinion and then agitate for a clean corruption -free administration.
