Netaji told, give me blood I will give you freedom. Mosquito campaign , give me blood I will give you malaria, dengue. Mosquito is must due to our environmental circle. They are food for other animals. We should also become careful about it. Don't kill mosquito use mosquito nets in house , use mosquito repellent cream. I imagine who would be the judge or lawyer in mosquito court.

All court premises being managed by respective governments, you find more mosquittos in the courts. Hence the decision by any judge on the matter referred by questioner will be biased!
