Q.

Just a serious thought ! !
Onion ,Tomato, Garlic, Elaichi, Cardomam etc etc are not the main ingredients in our food ! Many Indians are still surviving without these adds on and we can also easily survive ! But still why these are sold at a higher price ??
But why so then ?? In temples etc during Ram Navmi etc in Bandara we do get tasty food made out of Red Pumpkin without these stuff still tatsy!

Without onions and tomatoes items prepared are said to be tasteless, while in temples nothing is exempted from the adds-on vegetables...needless to say, tastes, likes and preferences differ from individual to individual...!
