Opposition Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) was quick to react, demanding an immediate resignation of the home minister. However Congress defended by saying that the BJP was jumping to conclusion and objected the plea by Dr. Swamy into the matter.

No friend, frankly speaking he is not the fool that we dismiss, he might still be having an ace or two up his sleeve. because even the congress party had to accept that they had lent Rs. 90 crores interest free loan, which he had claimed
