If you are a permanent employee of Singareni Collieries and are working there for the last ten years, I guess any bank would give you home loan. Go to the branch where your salary is credited and enquire about details. Just for your information:
If your salary is say Rs 25000/- per month - You will get loan of about Rs 12 lakhs.
But, have your enquired about Housing Loan from your employer? They are sure to have some scheme and it would be cheaper than bank loan
