Energy consumption at the household/residential level is a key indicator of the standard of living for the residents of a country,Recent electric bill shows that there is a subtantial rise in the consumption for dometic use from 117 to 186 units, Kindly give suggestions to reduce it ,many says there is no rise in standard of living ! why so !

Who says there is no rise in standrad of living. if any one says it, he.she is talking carp for example my maid was living in a jhopri without even electrity 20 years back, now she has a two room house, a fridge and a tv in her house. do you call it rise in standrad of living or downward trend or no rise at all
at one time i could not afford a scooter, now i have two cars,. and rise in standrads cannoit be measure from electricity consumed alone

Nothing like this many cunning ppl do some manipulation in the electric meter and use electricity recklessly like our neighbor Pappu and Bablu but infact in India honest ppl are paying heavy electricity bill and cunning ppl are enjoying
