Q.

Jayalalithaa and Mamata Banerjee became chief ministers at the same time after Tamil Nadu and West Bengal voted for their parties with a massive show of support. But their track record in governance for the last six months (since they came to office) is vastly different.Mamata is still struggling to get a grip of her administration while Jayalalithaa has shown that, when it comes to delivery, nobody can beat her. - What do you say ?

I belive firmly that it is easier to find fault with others without having any responsibility when one is in opposition. One feels the heat when sitting on the hot seat and realises mere rhetoric does not help and action is what is needed. in that sense M is on an unfamiliar territory. That way J is much more experienced. The greatest advantage J has is her control over her speech as she is very measured in her interactions with others.
