Hi Rajib! Start weight training under the guidance of a certified trainer (atleast for the first few sessions before working otu by yourself) either at a gym or at home.
Increase your intake of -
carbohydrates-rice,chapati,bread,pasta,cereals & fruits
proteins-chicken,fish,egg white,soya,dairy products,lentils & pulses
good fats-olive oil,fish, nuts.
Have a fruit & nut milkshake every evening.
