PM tops -my list are Nehru, Indira ji and PV narasimha rao. Nehru - setting up a new nation different challenge, Indira for bring in lots of Admin reforms and Strengthening Defence system and finally, Mr.rao for bringing in new economic policy. Fourth place may go to Rajiv, for devising IT policy
