Do you agree with Mr.Naresh Chandra | Former cabinet secretary's suggestion to combat corruption
*Tackle the menace from the inside, since outside agencies can't do much. *Unnecessary concentration on agencies such as the CVC and the CAG should go.
*Hold the supervisor responsible. Strengthen vertical controls in property registration offices or in DDA or at municipal corporations. Your views

If wishes were horses Beggars wud be riding on them-
It is not that easy to get away with corrution-A deep rooted evil and is a world wide phenomenon and only the degree varies fm country to country;
With so much of hulla bullah there can a marginal reduction in corruption but can not wipeout 100% Impossible for sure !!
(I heard that in Southern Tamil Nadu- The registrar used to ask the parties if they have got NOC from Annan (Read Azagiri) for property registration of any kind !!-So u can imagine)
