Good and highly respectable judgement
Can a guilty form a group and say he and team are innocent
If players are guilty then all beneficiaries are also guilty
Hw come kundara and gurunath be innocents?
Srinivasan is doing mistakes very clearly without any fear and kidding legal system

BCCI has most of the times shown scant regard for law or else how could N Srinivasan continued as President of the BCCI and simultaneously be the owner of the IPL team The Chennai Superkings. Is there not a clear conflict of interest there? The BCCI members who range from a wide spectrum of political parties, who fight neck and tooth on political issues, are united when all sorts of wrong decisions are taken. Why does the Sports ministry have the guts to de-recognize BCCI because they wont follow the WADA (anti doping agency) for its players whereas the same are applicable to all sportsmen in other categories, even though the players contracted by BCCI represent India, BCCI refuses to come under RTI as it is an autonomous body but when it comes to tax reliefs for sporting bodies it claims them. Its high time someone challenged in the Court of Law that the players contracted by BCCI cannot be termed to represent the country in international contests as BCCI defies rules applicable to ot ...more

BCCI is a pampered, selfish and adamant body.
It is blind for everything other than own pocket.

The commission said the question to be decided was whether the arrest of CSK principal and Mr. Srinivasans son-in-law Gurunath Meiyappan for betting had a bearing on the involvement of India Cements and correspondingly its Managing Director, Mr. Srinivasan, and it was found that it did not.

What was Mumbai High Court doing all these days...were they sleeping. If it is illegal they could have said so earlier why wait for the report to come and then say it is illegal. May be the court's decision itself is fixed. If the report had adverse finding then probably court would have kept quite.
