Court is well known for taming the rouges and we hv seen that incase of even powerful guys like Tarun Tejpal & Subrata Roy, then why they spare Kejariwal.
He should be happy since he has still not been fitted under contempt of court for abusing the judiciary & constitution of India under various pretext.
