Jai shri ram abul kalam azad was education minister in nehru!s cabinet and father of modern education but he refused to accept bharat ratan due to fact that how he can accept a reward when he himself is in panel of selectors, it is height of political morality but nehruji and indiraji could not have courage to do so and recieved while pm in office. what does it reflect?
