How do U drink UR kup of tea...??? Sip by sip...coolly and being relaxed....preparing for ur study is something like that...make a thorough planning and work on that plan strictly...so that u can keep track of UR syllabus how much U covered and what u 've yet to cover....but with a relaxed approach...no panic....make qsns and sit for mock examination and self appraise how much U can able to answer and where U face the trouble...and when U feel drowsy ..sleep immediately....that will give rest to ur brain....stick to 4 Ps in life to wrest the success from the hands of fate....P-Patience, P-Persiverence, P-Persistence, P-Prayer....this will open the door of success for U....

Try your studies after a sound sleep. If you still feel asleep, then it is not your biological fatigue. It is due to the reason that the subject you are studying is either not understandable to you, harder or you are least interested in the topic discussed in your text (also may be due to a fault of choosing a good text book)....
