To persue M.Sc. in hotel management eligibility is BHMCT or Bachelor in Hotel Management & Catering technolgy or B.Sc in Hotel Management or B.Tech. in Hotel Management available in India. Sometimes Diploma in Hotel Management with a gen degree also is eligible. But it is better now a days to go for MBA (Hospitality) or MBA (Hotel management) course, which is more popular and better for career and the eligibility is same. In india good master level course is available in very few institutes. Can try in National institute in Hotel managemt, Hyderabad or FHRAQI Instt in NOIDA which are offering good courses.

You can pursue the same after completion of your Bachelors in Hotel Management. Alternatively a Bsc in Home Science is also fine. Take a bit of job experience and then pursue your PG. It increases your skill set and scope by leaps and bounds.
