Please the error in my previous question. I had mentioned Dr. Bibek Sen' instead of Dr. Binayak Sen. The question was about the SC granting him bail and upholding democracy by ruling that favouring Naxalism does not amount to 'Dsh Droh' (Treason). Aren't Democratic values safe and ticking alive in India?

In india the definition is changed as per interest of party.see arudhanti roy and geelani and many separatist leaders from valley are propogating against our country, still they are not anti nationals then what is the defintion of anti national?will afzalguru and kasab come under such category or not it will create more problems?
