It was only few years ago Wipro merged its IT business with non IT business. Now they are planning a demerger into IT and non IT. How will it impact its investors? Your views?

I think its due to the growing business which has made it tough for them to manage it under a single entity now. So, they are demerging it in order to be able to focus better on the core sector of their IT business which i think should augur well for the investors!!
