It seems many Electoral Reforms proposed by the Election Commission has been put under the cold storage by the present government - Why the government does not want them ?

Electoral reforms. This is one thing that all govts have been brushing under the carpet. There should be an inquiry commission as to why govt of the day gets so scared by the electoral reforms suggested from time to time ?!!
