We have sub standard education level in India. In many colleges there is no sufficient apparatus to carry on lab test and laboratory reagents, but we get degrees like B.Sc., M.Sc. chemistry or B.E. Chemical. Professors work on low wages, no interest in teaching. No library, books and facilities. This is not the case of only engineers, many managers in other fields also do not know proper English. They cant write an influential letter to Bank or any other authority and you will find many mistakes but still paid huge salary.
