It is different for different members of a family.. Usually for women it is the kitchen as they spend most of the time there & the way it is organised depends on that woman's personality.. For kids it is their play area and the common areas of house, for men it is usually the common hall & bedroom..

Its not in every family now only traditional, men also like the kitchen and adults also play now, women are seen doing economics so gender roles change
