Q.

It is absolutely highly deplorable that innocent sikhs were killed at the Wisconsin Gurudwara. Can't the Govt. of India take any strong action against such atrocities, be it in USA, Europe, Australia, Bangla Desh, Pakstan or any part of the world? Why is the Government so immune to such grave humiliations?

Let the government of India take some action (not necessarily strong) to tackle major issues in India itself. The electricity grids collapsed, and so far no action has been taken.

I am not saying that death of Sikhs is to be ignored, but it is NOT the concern of government of India, as they were all citizens of the US. The US government has shown that it cares about its citizens. But Govt of India is only interested in making token gestures.

Don't you think Govt of India is required to take strong action against hundreds of r*apes, honour killings and other attrocities going on in India itself on a daily basis??
Sikhs of USA have already condemned the protests and burning of US flag in Punjab! "Why these stupids are burning USA flags and demonstrating against USA. US Govt and people are on our side and they can not be held responsible for a mad man's activity." That is what Sikhs of USA have said.
Sikhs all over the world have thanked the police officer Lt Brian Murphy, 51 who showed great courage and faced the killer and shot him down dead before he could do more harm, but in the process got nine bullets in his body and is in ICU ward of some hospital struggling with death. Gurdwaras all over the world are praying for his recovery soon and are even collecting donations for him. Sikhs have declared police officer Lt Brian Murphy a hero.

Usa is governed by the government of united states and not by indian government. indian government can take up the matter with us government and lodge a protest only if the sikhs killed there are still indian
passport holders if those persons, who were mercilessly shot dead , had become american citizens then the govt of india cant say a word against this happening

An unstrong nation does not cause impression but invites merely humiliation.
Lack of CHARACTER-MAKING has lead this nation to grave laches & nigligence where we have tornished image with minimal value as human beings. Our neighbouring small countries like Nepal,Bangladesh,Srilanka,Mal-div,etc.complain of cold treatment and show eye by going slowly to lap of China which has emerged with strong CHARACTER.Sad that citizen's glory is negotiated by this central govt.be it Bhopal gas issue,Purulia issue,Italian killing kerala fishermen or any other,it was ever a mockery.
