What should be punishment for the MLAs for their rowdy behaviour in UP, AP and Orissa Assemblies ?

The recognition of their political out fits should be debarred to contest election from their constituencys and there should be law tat any legislature found guilt of making nusence will be debarred and expanses made on house for that period will be recoverd from them

Should be kicked out from assemblies. They don't deserve seats in parliament. They shud 1st learn ettiquetts & manners.
