Unity in diversity is the hallmark of Indian culture. Does it prove that we are the most tolerant people in the world? Please give your views?

The very fact that India with so many religions, languages, cultures, regions, races, is still one nation, proves that we indeed are some of the most tolerant people of the world. Look at former Republic of Yugoslavia which fell apart based on religion etc. Look at the Uighurs being ignored in China. By and large, all sections of people irrespective of their race, language, religion have respect and can live with dignity and have equal right of vote in India.

Yes we Indians are the most tolerant race on this planet by far which doesnt utter much even while suffering daily at the hands of politics,terror,corruption but still we manage it & at the end say that.."Chalta hai bhai"!!

Yes,we r the most tolerant people in the world.Had it not been so,we would have attacked pakistan occupied Kashmir,which is the breeding ground of all terrorists,long back.We would have also attacked pakistan after 26/11.

Tolerance levels vary from person to person irrespective of nationality, culture, religion, race, caste , creed etc.
