If we cna,t question a company then its privatisation,

if we are trapped ot their rules and regulations and cant get a proper service and dont know whom to approach then globilisation.

i they are not controlled by any law liberalisation

Privatisation is to increasing the share of private investment , selling PSU to the private
globalisation is a global economy mainly an open economy where MNC are established in other countries, liberalisation is loosening the govt norms and licensing for encouraging private investment
