For some it is the abundance of research opportunities in specialized fields. It is also a rewarding experience to have lived and experienced a totally different culture. For the rest its an easy life coupled with the phoren craze. An increase in social status back home in India is an endeavour for some. For others it is due to a shortage of seats and the bogy policy of reservation that cuts their chances in India making them seek avenues overseas.
