Is there need to devlop technology for growth in india by reducing unemployment? what about infrastructure?

We need technology for our industry.Our industry needs infrastructure.Our infrastructure is stuck up because of financial problems.We face financial problems because of corruption ,illiteracy n poverty.So,all r inter linked.If the basic problem of corruption,poverty n illiteracy r removed we can claim o be a developed nation.
