Is there any social forum like QnA where experts (or intellectuals) and laymen interact and share their views? Does it make QnA a unique forum?

It is quite a unique forum indeed which is in its own way quite a lot different from other forums where their is only limited extent to which is quite limited to question answer only whilst here we can be friends with them & interact on a personal level too!!

I beg to disagree with you-Here no one is layman-Al are learnt to some extent only-Like making a Captain of a team some get their expert tag and that expert tag has no great value here is my view humbly put !!
and as such is there any standard procedure for anointing some one as expert here!!
