I am getting treated with psoriasis for last 10 years.One needs to remember that
1.psoriasis can be minimised and kept controlled but not cured.
2.One must leave non-veg food totally.
3 Yes skin must be kept moist-one can use virgin coconut oil mixed with calendula mothe tinqture 9:1 and apply it all the affected areas.
4.Maintain of cleanliness of body and use of fresh cloths everytime you wear.
5.Do not use allopathic treatment,homoeopathy is better if you find a good doctor.
6.do some pranayam it helps keeping the skin healthy.
7.apply allovera raw on the affected areas.
8. maintain a good daily routine,like good sleeps,lots of water intake,regular mild exercise .
All these will make you live happily with psoriasis.

For mild disease that involves only small areas of the body (like less than 10% of the total skin surface), topical (skin applied) creams, lotions, and sprays may be very effective and safe to use.
