Agar dil aur dimag me emotions hai to kisi na kisi baat ka dard hote hi rahega. Magar koi emotions na ho... jaise pagal .. to sirf happiness hi hai.. Magar aisa happiness kis kaam ka? jaise dhoop ke baad chhaon ka anand jada milta hai, waise hi dard ke baad sukh ka anand keemti lagta hai..

Happiness is a state of mind.....& Pain is different..
Unhappiness happens when people want things. The more you want, the less happy you will be.
Happiness is a short-lived emotion for doing what we want. Of course, the feeling never lasts for long which causes us to yet again move on to the next desire. And then the next and then the next and then next.
Expecting to be happy all the time is an unrealistic expectation of life.
