In winter, apply olive oil on hands and feet. Peanut butter applied on hands too is a good option. You can also try Garnier's Body Cocoon lotion or Vaseline Lotiion. Drink lots of water and use a mild facewash. Do not use soaps. Moisturise with a water based cream Like Dove/Lakme. Apply rosewater and mash a ripe banana mixed with milk, apply on face. You can also use honey to soften your skin.

before going to bed apply mixture of Til oil and Castor oil mix 50/50 and gently give a massage. For ur cracked feet you can apply the same and you should cover them. Day time you have to wear shoes are foot wear which covers the cracked ares for atleast two to three months. Try this you will be free from this dry skin and cracks. All the best.
