Hi Saran Krishna!!

Distributer is a person who distributes the product of a company to a large market area which includes dealers. They will get the product directly from the manufacturer itself or from a wholeseller if present depending upon the supply chain of the product.

Dealers are the persons who are in touch with the end users of the product. They will get the products from the distributors and sell it to the end users.

Manufacturer ---> Wholeseller ---> Distributor ---> Dealer ---> End User

This is the supply chain of a product which might not be present in all case for all products.
