Yes age is no crateria,,every age persons are prone to heart attack these days,,have a look at any heart hospital's records.

Since you are normal weight, never smoke, never drink, it is highly unlikely unless you have a heart defect of some sort.

It sounds like your chest hurts, etc. due to your constant anxiety and stress. Constant stress can cause a lot of health problems.
