IS there any Calender or any person in the entire Universe that can predict doomsday ?

No one can be sure when a "doomsday" or final end to the world will happen. Some now predict December 21st, 2012 (based on the ancient Mayan calendar which stops there). This is likely to be wrong just like many previous predictions.
