Is there any bank or company to give loan for small business worth around 2-3 lakhs?

SBI, all nationalised banks and most of the other banks give loans for small business provided your business project shows chances of success and profits and you can provide sufficient security in the form of sureties/land or ornaments.

There are so many banks that will finance small business. You should satisfy them with your project proposed and also with surity that may be required to get a loan.

Yeah absolutely you can get small business startup grant. you have to be eligible for that and apply.
