Enough and enough deliberations went thru Verma Committee and in the SC, to lower the age factor or treat such brutality taking precedence of the US & UK, etc., i.e., trying him in regular court, given the grave nature of crime. But they ruled out any amendment.

Yes. anyone who can commit that heinous act is not a juvenile. he must be punished and the best option with keeping todays condition in india is , to kill the criminals
