Hi! You need to start some kind of cardiovascular exercise 4-5 days a week. Walking is generally the most popular option but you can swim/cycle/do aerobics. A 30 minute duration at a brisk non stop pace is a must to see results. Cut down unnecessary fat intake.

You are a lactating women then.Really has nothing to do until you lactate. Take 3 glass of water with little lemon juice in it 2 times a day(mind you don't have ulcer). Eat fibre. Lastly if your profeession is not modeling or acting then don't become anxious or depreesed about belly fat bcause such emotion will further promote belly.

Are U a model or an actress or an airhostess, if not relax, let the baby grow up a little, take care of the child and go for a brisk walk with your baby on a parambulator. You and your baby both will be fine.
