Sai Ram. In addition to what Hemant Ji answered, I would suggest that you use Ferrum Phos 6X and Calcarea Fluor 6X tablets regularly for a few months. Also you need to eat good amount of leafy vegetables and greens and drink more water to prevent constipation from building up, avoid spicy food. Get some udhi from a near by Sai mandir and take that mixed in water as His teertha (utter Sai's name while mixing and drinking). You will be OK.

Take Unani medicine from Hamdard and ointment try to avoid constipation. Eat salad and raw veg.
