According to Mamta Banerjee there is no subversive attempt behind the recent train mishap in West Bengal. Is this statement only to derive political mileage?

Comrad, if u took my home state, which is quit peaceful in 60s and 70s railway track theft by scrap merchant and metal fabrication merchant was not tht unheard off, and vandals would do it 2 for a quick buck.
These r the facts to date unless there is significant update....
Railways chief goes "bomb".
Railway officials go "missing plates" (vandalism anyone?)
WEST BENGAL POLIC goes "Naxalites!"
And that's just it.
