Q.
You are in the middle of an ocean with another person.
They are floating on a plank that can only support one of you.
You will drown soon if you don't take the plank from them.
Being quite stronger than the other person you can easily take it from them
but they will drown in turn.
Your choices are to drown or to cause another person to drown by stealing from them.
What is the right thing to do?

In such a situation, whether right or wrong, it is natural for human beings to try to survive. Hence, I feel that everybody in this world, will try to survive and will push the other person to drown, for his own survival. To be frank, I would do the same. If the other person is my child or someone young and dear to me, I would opt to drown and die so that that person survives.

The only thing i can do at that time will be praying to God to give strength to sacrifice myself for the other person and will [be ready to] do so.

I can die but never be a cause to kill another person by drowning him.
willingly i can't kill a mosquitoes or a ant.
i have faith and practicing in 'ichha maran' (to die in planned way after fasting without food and lator on without water) ,a religious act in JAINS.

In this situation nothing will be the option but safety of self ............ if it is own family member then i will secrify myself...........
