At 45 if you have taken care of your family and yourself to make a reasonably decent living you can venture. MBA is a good qualification and there can be good opportunities.
Now-a-days some people are coming to India for MBA. A son of one of my subordinates came from USA to India for MBA. The ISB in Hyderabad is described as a 5 star University. IIMA, IIMB are very famous institutions.
Congrats for your interest and scores.
If you study in USA then getting a job in USA will be easy.
Much depends on how versatile, dynamic, adaptable to new environs and how good manager you are so far.
