The President\'s address cannot and should not include all the problems that we have. Then the address might go on for days. Presidents address depicts the vision of the future of the country. The case of the Pandits is the effect of hooliganism and if the address has to include such issues, then why not the issue of thousands of displaced persons in Nadigram because of political hooliganism, the issue of Muslims in Gujarat who are yet to receive the promised rehabilitation and still rotting in camps, same with the Christians of Orissa. Are they not equal Indians as the Pandits?

President must be an \'YES\' person of the Cabinet. Showing own views earned displeasure for A P J Abdul Kalam and he missed nomination for one more term.

The President would dig her own grave if such issues are taken up by the Government .
Our country is grappling with all the serious problems mentioned by you , as also lack of quality education for the youth . This has resulted in dilution of ethics and principles.
It wont be surprising if things get out of control on the law and order front in a short span of time. Government is going to run out of money to spend , the way taxes earned are being squandered away and prime government assets are being doled out as favors.
The real problem ( FUN for many) will start a few years from now , when God , who has looked down upon India , Mercifully , turns his head away .
