The decision to study or not to study abroad is a personal one, India is one of the best places to get educated in. Foreign countries have good infrastructure, but the fees also are very high there. Indian universities are much cheaper and the education is pretty highly regarded in the world. So studying in India is very ideal instead of going abroad in a way.
