I don't know how for it is true ....... but was anticipated ........... she knows the sure defeate of cong in the forth coming general election because of scam & corruptions and inflation too ......... they are failed to deliver the best to Aam aadmi ........... that is why she might have taken such decisssion and she will not project Rahul as PM too , she may wait till next election ......... 2nd. she is having health problem ..........

If at all SONIA retires, she is crooked enough to install RAHUL in her place.
CONGRESS should , somehow get rid of that FAMILY permanently !!

Yes. she is 66 now. she is going to retire when she turns 70. i.e. 2017 will be another year of freedom for India from foreign ruler ... !!!
