No, rudeness is the sign of arrogance and over confidence. A confidant guy would never need to show rudeness.

No, rudeness is a cover-up or a mask to hide the fear within...some people think that by being rude to others, the others will think they are tough and confident

No. It is the sign of an inflated ego. The basic purpose of education is to make us better human beings. However, there are many educated people who develop superiority complex, are not willing to listen to other person's point of view and at times are rude and arrogant.

Rudeness is a slap in the face of one's parents. It tells society that they failed in the upbringing of the person and that the values they instilled were of poor quality. If, on the other hand, it is known that the parents were indeed of great wisdom and ethics, it is a call to society unite and sanction their shameful and ungrateful offspring.
