Is right for ppl to visit an ailing person at odd hrs. of night, trgardless of grt inconvenience to the family of the patient, even if he is an eminent personality, as was witnessed recently . i felt very odd indeed.

As long as they are standing outside peacefully without disturbing the family members, it should not be a problem.... the family might in fact, be overwhelmed and feel slightly better for the love they have for that ailing family member.
