Leadership needs guts and courage of its own, he is Escapist.. He is only a Brand of Congress and not Leader.

He could have joined the cabinet under the experienced PM, Dr. Manmohan Singh and could show how he perfoms. This would help people to judge him whether he is dynamic leader or not.
One thing is clear. Although he has ambitions of becoming the PM of India, hee is neither a good orator not a charismatic person. Hence, I doubt how and when he will become a dynamic leader.

Cant say, because he has got every thing due to his family and nothing done on his own, here are some leaders in country they formed there own political parties and came in power in there respective states and he has not done anything on his own
