Is quashing of FIR against Yeddyurappa in illegal mining case by Karnataka HC a political victory for Yeddy? Will he be at the centre stage again? Your views?

-BJP High Command had promised him his chair back if he comes out clean. Now it is going to be a battlefield between the Yedi loyalists & C.M's loyalists. Although Yedi is not cleared of 5 private complaints lodged against him.

Wait for the political drama to unfold by itself. I think he has jumped the gun too fast, as there are other cases too pending in the Courts. In any case, nothing much can be said about the BJP Central leadership. There is no one in control, specially now that Advani has taken a back seat and every one is a Satrap in his or her own right and don't care a damn for any directives. It will depend now upon what the RSS would dictate to the party and Gadkari will just nod and acquiesce to whatever they want to be done.

But the scene now shifts to Supreme Court. The Centre would like to take the matter to SC and CBI under the thumb of the Centre will oblige whether there is a case or not.
