Of course yes ............Pessimism is simply a killer disease , both mentally and physically ...... no amount of counseling can help unless he himself is willing to change ...nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong and negative mental attitude.

A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty. The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails.Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence. ....they sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in their sails. They Explore. Dream. Discover... take risk ..The trouble is, if you don't risk anything, you risk even more. The biggest risk in life is to risk nothing at all

Even in times we feel very bad, lost and defeated, we shouldn't give up hope and continue the struggle.
