The magic of the vegan diet is not that it fundamentally makes you healthier(although it helps). Being a vegan FORCES you to look at the food you eat and how it nourishes your body. Because of that, vegans tend to be healthier. Go throguh the following points to enable you to reach the conclusion
1) There is not a single major Religion, which bans or prohibits all Non-Veg. food in general.
2) Geographical places like Arctic, where Eskimos live - how could you have provided food all these years back, and today also if you provide, it is going to be more expensive.
3 - If all life is sacred, why do you kill the plants even they have life.
4 - Even plants feel pain.
5 - Even if I agree that they have two senses less - killing a creature of two senses less, is a lesser crime is illogical.
6 - It is preferable to kill one animal and take one animal life, than to take 100 lives of plants, for feeding 100 people.
7 - Each and every argument can be disproved the liver and the ki ...more

Hi in my view both are essential for our healthy food habits. But we can also get most of the essential nutrients from veg food. And thus we can prevent eating innocent animals. We all know that we eat animals not because we want nutrients from them but for taste only. Dont u think this is selfishness. If we can prevent killing them for food then why cannot we get rid of it. God has given life to all living creatures and also give enough food for the their survival. It is not that we can not survive without eating other animals. So my view that , if u can prevent it then try and prevent it. You will feel good on finding that you are not responsible forkilling some other living thing.
