Narendra Modi achieved history in Indian politics with a first. He became the first top rung political leader to interact LIVE on social media directly with citizens and answered questions on a variety of issues. It is a historic first because it signals the crucial role Internet and social media (SM) are likely to play in politics, electioneering, propaganda and a platform for citizens to reach their leaders directly. The middlemen in the mainstream media (MSM), the spin doctors, the brokers, the opinion-swinging editorialists will increasingly become irrelevant. It is the equivalent of a P&G getting rid of wholesalers and distributors and directly reaching the customer through retail shelves and online shopping. (Watch the event on Youtube).

The suitabilty of a PM is to be decided by maJORITY MEMBERS OF PARTY IN MAJORITYand so far bihar and up is the lagest hindi speaking belt most of the PM were from that states/actually whole india to have a balanced growth in all parts of india should be divided into 5 zones, east, west, north south and president/pm should be elected from each zone by rotation of 3 years period/in india instead of abilty majority prevails/

Yes. And the reason he has become favorite for being projected as NDA's candidate as PM is his ability to maintain the GDP rate of Gujarat high whereas that of the centre has gone down badly; his ability to attract corporates and industrialists to Gujarat, provision of 24 hrs Electricity supply to Gujarat.
But the important question is will he become PM? The answer to that question is No as the intellectuals, the high profile TV English media will always project him as a mass murderer with reference to 2002 Godhra communal riots. Even as the accused in the 1984 Sikh riots continue to roam free and high profile BJP MLA Dr Mayaben Kodnani punished for Naroda Patiya riots, the intellectuals and English media will continue to project Modi as a demonic killer.
